The Greatest Asset

The Greatest asset one can possess, is to arouse enthusiasm within people!

You cant make someone want to do something, without them wanting to do so themselves otherwise it carries resentment.

So Appreciate and encourage.

There is nothing more important to the welfare of people. But its Human Nature to find fault in other people!! Survival of the fittest, right?

There you are; human nature in action, wrongdoers, blaming everybody but themselves. We are all like that. So when you and I are tempted to criticize someone tomorrow. Let's realize that criticisms are like homing pigeons. They always return home. Let's realize that the person we are going to correct and condemn will
probably justify himself or herself, and condemn us in return; or they will say: "I don't see how I could have done any differently from what I have."

Do you know someone you would like to change and regulate and improve? Good! That is fine. I am all in favour of it, But why not begin on yourself? From a purely selfish standpoint, that is a lot more profitable than trying to improve others - yes, and a lot less dangerous. "Don't complain about the snow on your neighbour's roof," said Confucius, "when your own doorstep is unclean."

When dealing with people, let us remember we are not dealing with creatures of logic. We are dealing with creatures of emotion, creatures bristling with prejudices and motivated by pride and vanity.

Some people seem to have taken a life course called, How To Be Absolutely Sure of Everything! It's like their reality testing mechanism is stuck on "It so because I think it is so." People who feel constantly threatened and angry when others question their actions substitute being right for living a happy life. Living daily always on the defense, being in charge of the rights and wrongs of the Universe, is no fun! Wanting and insisting on getting your own way is a set up for unhappiness. Rigidity in thinking leads to power struggles or submission from others and distancing. As Andre' Maurois said, "Everything that is in agreement with our personal des...

Being Grateful

There is always something to thank for your parents, teachers, friends, lovers, and children. You can thank even your enemies and critics for the given life lessons. The more gratitude you will have in your heart, the happier person you will feel.

We are in the year 2015, but what does that even mean?

What stage of Human progress are we currently at? We are in the year 2015, but what does that even mean?  It means that we could actually still at the beginning of the 26,000 year old cycle. The ancient cultures all documented this and have gone into great detail with mathematics and astronomy. So because we live in a modern world where money takes all priority to increase our perceived luxuries in life, then why does this even matter? Well, to me if one can understand the evidence of what ancient cultures have said and if we can try to understand a little bit of this particular puzzle, than surely it can only aid our own spirits development and we can be constantly astonished about how reality works. Precession of the Equinoxes In astronomy, axial precession is a gravity-induced, slow and continuous change in the orientation of an astronomical body's rotational axis. In particular, it refers to the gradual shift in the orientation of Earth's a...
