Conscious vs Subconscious

As an infant you get information by children's TV shows, family, news, school and other people. This creates your self image as a child.
As an adult you develop,  a thinking conscious mind that enables you to be aware of your choices, but you unconsciously always make the same decisions, all because we seek for the familiar.

We are in the year 2015, but what does that even mean?

What stage of Human progress are we currently at? We are in the year 2015, but what does that even mean?  It means that we could actually still at the beginning of the 26,000 year old cycle. The ancient cultures all documented this and have gone into great detail with mathematics and astronomy. So because we live in a modern world where money takes all priority to increase our perceived luxuries in life, then why does this even matter?
